Project requirements & services provided

WOW Tech contacted Interactiv4 at the end of 2019. They were already operating on Magento 2, but they were having development problems, mainly because they did not know the platform or its architecture and server configuration needs. In this regard, Interactiv4 has worked with 5 different brands:


Arcwave – the first premium high-tech sex toy for men.
Womanizer – premium sex toys for women.
We vibe – premium sex toys for couples.
Romp – sex toys.
Pjur – lubricants and accessories.

After evaluating the objectives and needs of the company, a complete structural renovation work was carried out, in addition to a series of integrations with Netsuite (in order to intervene and automate their processes) or Emarsys (which helped to monitor the behavior of users and the purchase process).


In addition, we worked on populating the contents quickly and easily, providing unique quality information for users and integrating different forms of payment. The customer experience was also considerably improved, by designing a custom checkout.

Full Structural Upgrade

Five independent sites, one for each brand, developed on Magento 2 Óptimo Commerce. Each instance has a unique and different look and feel, with websites for each region, and each of them has its own currency management, different payment methods and multiple languages, since the company ships to any country in the world.

Integrations with Netsuite and Emarsys

Integrations with Netsuite (in order to intervene and automate processes) and with Emarsys (to monitor user behavior and the purchase process and interaction in stores).

Fast and Easy Content Population Tool

Quality, original and unique information for each product. Videos, images and explanations on the use and cleaning of your products are included in the store through custom made widgets with pivotable logic on attributes in Magento 2, achieving a very fast and smart content population.

Checkout and payment methods

Personalized checkout process with a checkout preview featuring an overview of the order and a solid CTA. Furthermore, incorporation of multiple forms of payment such as Stripe, Sofort, Klarna or different versions of Paypal and Amazon pay.
