Thanks to a distribution network that can reach practically any country on the planet, ROTOR sells its products online at a global level. Its main goal was to merge a number of e-commerces to optimize their day-to-day operations, creating a unified context where both B2C and B2B clients coexist. Project requirements and services provided

When ROTOR contacted Interactiv4, it faced a considerable challenge: its infrastructure comprised a number of e-commerce instances in Magento 1 and Magento 2, destined to different markets and audiences, and with specific functionalities, which complicated daily management enormously. Our main goal was, therefore, to simplify everyday operations. It was imperative to develop a new strategy that would renew the structure of the various e-commerces. The goal was to unify processes, integrations, and developments to optimize all their eCommerce projects to the fullest extent.
Once we had defined the strategy, we planned a sequential implementation for the different markets. We started by launching an MVP, which was essential for establishing a solid model for the expansion to new markets. We then progressively extended the new platform to other markets, closing obsolete instances in a sequential manner. We would like to underline ROTOR’s dedication and determination throughout the project. Their commitment was critical in the most complicated parts of the project and provided drive and direction to overcome challenges. The synergy between ROTOR and Interactiv4 was a key part of the project’s success.
Solutions
Multi-site project:

ROTOR uses one Magento instance to manage multiple sites with different domains, languages and currencies, simplifying administration while personalizing each market.

ERP integration:

Automated connectors were implemented to efficiently manage prices, inventory, orders and invoices, and an email marketing tool was integrated to optimize operations and communication with clients.

B2C & B2B eCommerce:

ROTOR simultaneously handles B2C and B2B operations on Magento, facilitating and centralizing the experience and tool usage knowledge for both market segments.

GA4 integration:

ROTOR has been integrated with Google Analytics 4 to enable the advanced analysis of customer behavior and e-commerce performance, taking advantage of key data to optimize strategies and operations.
