Roca, one of the world leaders in the bathroom space sector with a commercial network present in more than 135 countries, has launched one of the most strategic and demanding projects for the company: Roca Marketplace.
A titanic project in which all the needs of the client and the other stakeholders involved have been gathered to create an environment in which the user, distributors and Roca converge in a harmonious way, like three gears that fit perfectly.
Thus, Roca Marketplace is presented as an online space in which distributors from all over Spain can sell their Roca products easily and conveniently for them and for the final customer.

The entire range of Roca products available to the client through its network of distributors quickly and directly with all the online after-sales services included.
Integration with OpenLDAP
With the integration of the OpenLDAP protocol, a fast and efficient storage and consultation of user data is allowed through an ordered directory service.
We daily reconcile the movements imported from the POS with the orders made in Magento and break them down into payments / refunds with individual distributors to export them to SAP.
The biggest challenge was to understand the customer’s behavior to optimize both the conversion and the recurrence and increase of the average ticket.

The baton of the ambitious Roca Marketplace project has been picked up by Interactiv4, who has managed to bring together in one place an environment in which the interests of Roca, its distributors and the client converge.
In this way, a space is available to the final customer where he can buy Roca products by selecting the distributor based on filters such as proximity, delivery time or cost. All this together with a shopping cart optimization system that allows the customer to choose the optimal distributor for his purchase, taking into account certain criteria that define it.
Likewise, the parameterized cancellation process and the confirmation and self-confirmation system of each order according to the characteristics of the seller allows to personalize the sale of each of the distributors according to their own needs. An individualized management of orders by distributors that guarantees an exceptional purchasing process.
All these features converge, in addition, in a simple full responsive market management interface for both the distributor and the customer, making the user experience a maximum of the project.
